General Terms & Conditions:

In order to ensure the best experience and treatment sessions, Sintonía Massage & Beauty applies several terms and conditions. By scheduling a massage/treatment appointment with Sintonía Massage & Beauty, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  1. For the first massage/treatment session, you will be asked to fill out and sign a health questionnaire for introductory purposes and to assess any complaints. Based on this information, a treatment plan may be developed. Before and after each massage/treatment, an evaluation will be conducted to assess your experience.
  2. For a chemical peel, an intake consultation with a health questionnaire will be performed two weeks in advance. During the intake consultation, specific information, instructions, risks, and side effects will be explained to the client. A patch test will be conducted during the intake consultation.
  3. Prenatal massage is only provided starting from 13 weeks of pregnancy.
  4. To ensure that the massage/treatment is performed responsibly and safely, the client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the intake consultation with Sintonía Massage & Beauty.
  5. 5. All personal and medical information provided to Sintonía massage & Beauty before or during the massage/treatment will be treated confidentially. Without the client’s consent, this information will never be shared with third parties.
  6. Sintonía Massage & Beauty cannot be held liable for negative results, whether due to incorrect information or the omission of injuries and/or illnesses.
  7. If you are under the care of a doctor, physiotherapist, specialist, or taking medication, consult with them to determine whether you can receive a massage during the treatment period.
  8. The massages/treatments you undergo are not intended to diagnose and/or treat “medical conditions” such as illnesses or acute or chronic complaints. In case of doubt about a condition, injury, or contraindication, it may be decided not to proceed with the massage/treatment and refer you to a  doctor/therapist/specialist. Subsequent treatments are possible once your attending doctor/therapist/specialist grants permission.
  9. Mutual respect in a safe atmosphere for both the client and the therapist is essential during a massage.
  10. From a hygiene standpoint, it is expected that you have showered shortly before the treatment. This is not only more pleasant for the therapist to work with, but also for you to undergo the treatment.
  11. Sintonía Massage & Beauty does not tolerate any sexually suggestive approaches or insinuations. In such cases, the treatment will be immediately terminated, and the agreement will be dissolved. The client is still required to pay the full price of the agreed-upon treatment immediately.
  12. Treatments are only possible by appointment. Appointments can be made by phone, SMS, email, or through the contact form on the website.
  13. The client will receive an appointment confirmation and a reminder via email.
  14. Appointments can be canceled free of charge until 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be fully charged. This also applies to missed appointments. In such cases, a separate invoice will be issued.
  15. The rates for massages/treatments are listed on the website.
  16. The full cost of the treatment is to be paid by mobile payment request or in cash after the completion of the massage/treatment. If payment by invoice has been agreed upon, it must be settled within 7 days from the invoice date.
  17. Sintonía Massage & Beauty reserves the right to change the rates at any time. For appointments made prior to the rate change, the applicable rate will be the one in effect at the time the appointment was made.
  18. The diplomas/certificates obtained are available for clients to view at any time requested.
